Tasting Notes
A pale, radiant pinky orange colour with a copper hue. A bit reserved initially, then fresh raspberry, lots of grapefruit and subtle notes of fresh herbs. Expansive and juicy on the palate, animated, a fresh acidity, somewhat austere fruit, with an elegant salty lemon finish.
