Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow, with silver reflections. Subtle, ethereal savouriness of bergamot and herbs, subtle fig aromas and fine nougat in the background. Juicy, substantial, elegant, with pleasing fruit expression and a silky texture. With ripe yellow tropical fruit, a touch of minerality and integrated acidity, it has reached that perfect first drinking stage. It lingers long, and is a great dry example of the grape variety.
