Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow, with silver reflections. Subtly nutty, with ripe yellow tropical fruit notes, hints of mango and papaya, some blossom honey, and delicately herbal. Juicy, ripe quince, elegant and gentle texture, fine fruit expression, and with delicate touches of honey on the finish. With definite ageing potential, it has a harmonious style and is very youthful.
