Tasting Notes
Bright, intense ruby with garnet-red nuances. Deep, spicy bouquet with aromas of juicy cherries and raspberries, plus notes of hibiscus and juniper. Juicy on the palate with fresh fruit and invigorating acidity, on finely-meshed tannins, with great length.
More about the tastingClear ruby red with delicate lightening on the rim. On the nose expressive, ripe fruit, reminiscent of redcurrant and cherry, behind dried rose petals and a hint of white pepper. In the flow lively and fresh, starts juicy, then a lot of savouriness, great tension between tannin and acidity, salty, persistent finish.
