Tasting Notes
Pale ruby red. Quite fragile fruit on the nose, fresh raspberries, with some tar and tobacco notes. Lively and animated on the palate, fine-grained tannins, a refreshing acidity, savoury, with a persistent finish.
More about the tastingBright ruby red colour with garnet reflections. Powerful on the nose with aromas of cherries, plums and raspberries, paired with orange zest, hibiscus blossom tea and mint, slightly peppery, very complex. Elegant on the palate with invigorating freshness and juiciness, the tannins are grippy and tightly meshed, very persistent fruit aromas all the way through to the long finish.
