Tasting from 23.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red. On the nose, initially revealing notes of sealing wax, then of Amarena cherries and elderberries, fine leathery notes. Shows itself on the palate with a beautiful fruit core, radiant, cassis, with a juicy finish and subtle tannins on the aftertaste.
