Brilliant golden yellow with persistent mousse. An expressive, mineral nose with lots of yellow fruit, rich peach, pear, sustained by a fine yeast note. Noble. Exquisitely balanced on the palate with a beautiful interplay of fruit and acidity. Creamy, builds for a long time before finishing very salty.
