Tasting Notes

Tasting from 22.11.2018: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Not quite clearly defined nose, dusty, somewhat animal-like. Slender structure, also quite animal on the palate. The wild boar on the label is apt.
