The white wine Manna IGT, vintage 2017 from the winery Franz Haas Winery has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Kerner, Gewürztraminer from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright, rich straw yellow with a slightly lemon tinge. Opening on the nose with multi-layered aromas, blossom of white rose, then young quince, fine nutmeg savouriness, ripe apricot, subtle smoke, a very complex bouquet. On the palate supple and juicy, opening with a fruit driven core, brisk, appearing multi-layered and yet light on its feet. It packs a powerful punch on the finish.
