Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow. On the nose a fine herbal-tobacco spiciness, alongside white stone fruit and hints of something more tropical such as guava. Fresh tangerine zest brightens things up. The palate is juicy but with a and a clear mineral-saline character. White apple emerges on the finish, as well as the continuation of the herb-spice seam. A multi-faceted food companion.
