The red wine Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Fuligni has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Clear ruby garnet with a brightening rim. Smells of black cherries and blackberries on the nose, very clear, some plum, a hint of leather in the background. Firm, dense tannins, shows a lot of tension and drive, dark berry fruit on the finish, great development and certain ageing potential.
