Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.04.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Ripe fruit aromas on the nose. Notes of mandarin, dried apricot and mango. There are also hints of white flowers and a fine herbal spiciness, as well as a hint of pastry. Dense, full-bodied on the palate, with a pleasant freshness and flattering acidity. Aromas of grapefruit, ripe apples and pastries, long finish.
