Tasting from 31.05.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Lime and grated lemon peel, strong Darjeeling tea. The palate is juicy and lean, but definitely has a certain (Müller-Thurgau or Bacchus?) spiciness, the acidity matches the body well, the wine has a good medium length and finishes harmoniously.
