Tasting Notes
On the nose, aromas of almond, almond milk, a hint of mint, then some sage and thyme. The palate is loosely knit with plenty of juiciness, mellow tannins, and seamlessly integrated acidity, a subtle but multi-layered wine, well-balanced and elegant, a versatile food wine. The oak influence is evident on the finish.
