Medium golden yellow. Expressive nose, multi-faceted, notes of truffle, burnt cream, vanilla, undergrowth, but also pickled peach, raspberry, honey. On the palate soft attack, vivid, well-integrated acidity, structuring astringency, flavours of truffle, raspberry, resin. Ends long and salty. Complex, multilayered wine.
