The white wine Heida Champortay®, vintage 2023 from the winery Gérald Besse has been rated in 2024 by Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Savagnin Blanc from the region Martigny in Switzerland.
In the glass this has an elegant reductiveness on the nose, which disappears with a little time. There are aromas of fresh and sometimes candied citrus fruit, mango, peach, and ethereal herbal notes. It is full-bodied on the palate, with a beautiful fresh acidity, notes of star fruit, citrus, apple, and yellow stone fruit, and it has a long finish.
