Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 15.08.2025: Ulrich Sautter

A fresh and quite clear aroma, green gooseberry, peppery notes, fresh green pepper. On the palate, the wine has a straightforward structure, a good acidity framework that does not slip into austerity despite the dryness - there is enough suppleness in the background, and the flavour supports the structure very well.
