Tasting Notes

95
Tasting from 27.08.2021: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Medium garnet with ochre reflections, and a broad, bright rim. Delicate notes of rose hips and red berries like raspberries and cranberries combine with a hint of liquorice and sweet tobacco, as well as smoky savouriness in the background. Juicy, it seems light-footed and emphatically mineral, with fine tannins, savoury nuances, and a red berry touch on the finish. It seems finely chiselled and multi-faceted, with a lemony touch and slate nuances on the finish. Be sure to decant.
