Tasting from 04.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby colour with a fine garnet sheen. Very clear and intense nose, full of raspberry, ripe plum, some blackberry, saffron and truffles. Pithy and powerful, with juicy fruit and good drinking flow, builds for a long time, salty on the finish.
