Intense garnet red with an impenetrable core. Distinctly fragrant with fresh pepper, cloves, dark forest fruits and ripe redcurrant, plus Rumtopf (rum pudding). Powerful attack with complex fruit on the palate, fine tannins, slightly warming, yet well-integrated alcohol and minimal drying.
