Tasting from 28.05.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Appealing citrus aromas on the nose of lime, lemon and grapefruit with additional hints of butter toast and peach as well as mirabelle plums. On the palate juicy, nice acidity, full-bodied without being overbearing followed by hints of fine citrus aromas and yellow stone fruit. Long mineral finish.
