Tasting from 28.05.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Intense bouquet with notes of dried dark berries, plum with additional sour cherry hints and fine roasted notes. Superseded by nougat, tobacco as well as liquorice nuances. On the palate full-bodied and powerful, taut acidity, easily perceptible tannins with concentrated red and dark berry fruit. A whiff of cedar, long finish.
