Tasting Notes
Bright amber. Somewhat dull nose, with notes of dried orange peel, acacia honey and dried figs. Amazingly clear on the palate, again lots of dried orange, long-lasting with notes of salted caramel.
More about the tastingBright amber in colour. Pronounced oxidative notes of nuts, candied fruit, acacia honey and dried figs on the nose. Slightly warming on the palate, with fine grip and complex, long lasting notes of salted caramel emerging on the finish. It's well balanced between sweetness and acidity, an inspiring and very individualistic wine.
