Medium yellow green, silver reflections, delicate mousse. Fresh and lively, some mandarin zest, a hint of caramel, notes of lychees, inviting bouquet. Taut, finely-meshed, white pomaceous fruit, mineral, pear touch on the finish, a multi-layered food wine.
