The red wine Ulrico Chianti Riserva DOCG, vintage 2017 from the winery Poggio Rozzi - Graf Toggenburg has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby with a garnet touch. Slightly dusty at first on the nose, then with aromas of burnt rubber, dark plum and wet stone, underpinned by fine wood savouriness. Fine-grained, slightly drying tannins on the palate, medium-bodied, with notes of dark fruit and tar.
