Bright light yellow with a fine, persistent mousse. Yellow fruit such as melon and apricot on the nose, with light notes of caramel and brioche. Juicy on the palate with fresh acidity, fine mousse and a noticeable dosage that rounds out the fruit. Pleasant and accessible. A good, animating crémant.
