Tasting from 26.09.2025: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger

Clear aromas of ripeness and yeast: quince jelly, popcorn, citrus tones, undergrowth, candied ginger, black tea, toast and brioche. Deep attack on the palate with a full body, pleasantly dry, fine minerality and savouriness, moderately fresh acidity. The finish is characterised by notes of maturity and yeast. A complex, vinous crémant that is recommended as an accompaniment to food.
