Tasting from 01.01.2016: Ulrich Sautter & Team

Little aroma, and this is reductively tinted. A full-bodied palate, somewhat broad, almost a Pinot Gris style, with little varietal fruit. Only after long contact with the air does some nectarine and tangerine emerge. Unaffected impression, but little freshness. Paradoxically, it seems even more reductive after aeration.
