Tasting from 12.03.2020: Othmar Kiem

Rich, dark amber. Very distinctive nose, aromas range from latte to minced meat to concentrated beef broth to soy sauce. Umami. Very powerful throughout, clearly noticeable tannin, on the finish, however, dominant high alcohol.
