The sekt »Prestige« Pinot Noir brut nature, vintage 2020 from the winery Griesel & Compagnie has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Hessische Bergstraße in Germany.
Straw-coloured. Complex aroma: a hint of fino, but also small red berries, floral undertones, some fresh apple skin. The palate is impressively full-bodied and deep, the mousse still seems a little restless in the freshly disgorged bottle, but should fit in very well with the powerful and intensely mineral structure. Gripping!
