It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier from the region Hessische Bergstraße in Germany.
Aromas of applesauce, tertiary notes and yeast, with rosehip, redcurrant and soya sauce. There’s also a balsamic background. In the mouth, it is mineral, fine-nerved, but also extract-supported and in the background pronounced in fruit structure, the mousse has become mild and underlines the noble, delicately mineral-coloured style with its volume.
