Bright, intense straw yellow with persistent mousse. The nose has fine floral hints, subtle honey nuances, meadow herbs and lime on the aftertaste. Reminiscent of pineapple and fine white chocolate on the palate, displays a racy acidity with subtle sweetness and perky mousse, minimally drying on the finish.
