Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow. Fine botrytis spice, dried plums, freshly grated nutmeg, candied orange zest, honey, multi-faceted nose. Complex, creamy texture, racy acidity that brings momentum to the considerable residual sugar, remains very persistent, still appears very youthful with some baby fat, very good ageing potential, a wine of great delicacy.
