Menthol, chamomile tincture, semi-bitter chocolate, very ripe black cherry. Oily at the start, the very fine tannin is completely enveloped by the soft tissue, but behind its power, the wine is also juicy and has an increasingly vivid, fine acidity thread on the palate. The finish reveals to be clear, pure fruit and a skilful rounding off from the barrel ageing.
