Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Blueberry, elderberry, a hint of yeast, semi-bitter chocolate, fine juiciness in the mouth, mealy, subtle tannins building up drive, well-integrated acidity, a subtle texture behind the fruit and the medium-bodied body. Fine, unaffected harmony.
