Tasting from 25.04.2025: Alexander Thürer

Bright, rosé in the glass. On the nose, red berries, a citrus freshness, floral notes and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, a lively mousse and noticeable acidity, fruity notes of redcurrant, apple and peach along with a subtle sweetness unfold. The finish is tart with a delicate bitter note.
