Tasting from 26.09.2025: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger

Redcurrant, blackberry, rosehip on the nose, also peach, subtle yeast, almost champagne-like in appearance. The palate reveals a fine mousse, lively acidity and a pinch of phenolics, which is a little dry, typical of the vintage. The pronounced fruit in the background adds volume and length. A sparkling wine to accompany food.
