Intense golden yellow. Distinct brioche notes, ripe yellow fruit, Williams pear and apple on the nose, some roasted almonds. Exciting palate attack of lively acidity and fruit sweetness with a pleasant saltiness, cultivated mousse. Slightly nutty and with a tart touch on the finish, giving it good length.
