Tasting Notes
Golden yellow with greenish reflections. Caramel, orange confit, dried pear. On the palate initially smooth and almost creamy, then densely substantial, delicate sweetness, discreet acidity, compact and firm at the core, tactile and mineral, chewy, with a marked structure. It is just a little sweeter than feinherb by today's standards, with a rounding off from the maturity that gives the wine an irresistible charm despite its low sweetness. It has a nutty, spicy, and almost truffle-like finish.
