Tasting Notes
Slatey aroma, flinty, red and black currant. A creamy attack, mild mellow tannins, the midpalate is dominated by texture and opulence, but the almost lascivious impression is recaptured by intense fruit and juicy mineral elements. A lot of Burgundian terroir character for the money!
More about the tastingChocolate, sultana, appears ripe and fruity, but then also shows peppery notes. Creamy palate, very round and textured, lots of juiciness, silky tannins, already perfectly drinkable, a Pinot full of charm and accessibility. Long, juicy finish.
