Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 15.08.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Some tropical fruit, pineapple, mango and guava, also red gooseberry and nectarine. Also leafy green. Also quite chalky and savoury. On the palate, the wine has a lovely flow, a delicate phenolic flavour supports the body, a pinch of residual sugar gives the fruit volume. Beautiful style.
