Tasting Notes
A deep ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a subtle bright trim. On the nose there are aromas of ripe cherry, some nougat, spicy nuances, and candied orange zest. On the palate there is a lovely extract sweetness, integrated tannins, sweet black cherry fruit, some minerality and good length, with a subtle herbal savouriness on the finish. It is a nicely mature food wine.

Juicy, medium complexity, fresh structure, mineral, fine tannins, blackberries on the finish, noble wood spice in the aftertaste, red berries on the back, already easy to drink.
