Tasting Notes
Dried meat, graphite, thyme, sage, ammonia pastille, large volume palate, very homogeneous and punchy filled with mild, fine-grained to slightly pixelated tannins, a hint of greenness, flinty background, a mouthful of wine, highly compacted, and given its seven years of maturity, still very young.
