Tasting from 19.11.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear ruby. Very clear and inviting nose of ripe dark cherry, fresh raisins and some white pepper, all well matured but never overripe. Opens on the palate with fine ripe fruit, then starts with gripping, tight-knit tannin, spans a wide arc, on the finish full drive.
