The red wine Zipolo Marche Rosso IGP, vintage 2019 from the winery Il Conte Villa Prandone has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Marche in Italy.
Dense ruby red with purple edges. Dried dates and raisins and a hint of cloves on the nose, slightly alcoholic on the aftertaste. Grippy on the palate, with earthy undertones, loose-knit tannins in the second area, unfortunately remains a bit cloudy.
