Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Clear ruby with a pronounced garnet sheen. Opens on the nose with notes of tobacco and malt candy, some blackberry in the background. Rough, clearly drying tannin on the palate, seems very rustic.
