Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Clear medium dense garnet red. On the nose medium intensity, smells of minced meat, then blackberry and mulberry. Well placed cherry fruit in the attack, but then seems very grown-up in the background, slightly oxidative nose and alcoholic in the finish.
