Tasting from 01.02.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, dark ruby black. Lots of precious wood on the nose, cinnamon stick, lime, malt, chocolate, ripe blackberry, reminiscent of raisins, beautiful dark spice. On the palate with light CO2, very powerful, with gripping tannins, powerful, tight, then unfortunately becomes somewhat slowing in the finish.
