The red wine Serro Rosso Colli Euganei DOC, vintage 2020 from the winery Il Mottolo has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Veneto in Italy.
Dark ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Strongly savoury on the nose, slightly animalistic, smoke, pepper, blood, old wood. Good juiciness and clear red fruit on the palate, although it becomes more expansive at the back and remains very dry.
