Glowing, intense straw yellow in colour with bright reflections. On the nose it's fine, with elegant aromas of flint, some rock salt, and a hint of toast and spice. Tropical fruit and sage emerge with air. Creamy and rich on the palate, there's well-integrated use of wood and a long finish.
